Full compensation for this role is $69,000 - $103,000 plus annual bonus and benefits.

Position Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate biochemical and chemical reagents precisely and efficiently according to manufacturing procedures and Quality System regulations.
Complete and maintain manufacturing records in compliance with Good Documentation Practices.
Execute other associated processes related to the manufacturing of ACD products.
Build custom RUO products when needed.
Participate in general laboratory maintenance functions such as regular cleaning of lab facilities, cleaning of lab ware, disposal of waste, etc.
Practice workplace safety and adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.

Occasional Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform cycle count.
Participate in product validation and process scaleup to transition from pilot lots to full productionscale manufacturing.
Participate in transferring of new products from R&D to Manufacturing.
Perform equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and routine monitoring.
Assist with ordering, restocking, and organizing manufacturing consumables.
Support other manufacturing activities, probes manufacturing, fill/finish, etc., where applicable.
Support process improvement projects.
Participate in internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

A B.S. within a related scientific field such as Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering.
Must be a good team player, selfmotivated, and willing to learn new techniques and concepts in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Able to generate results and perform work with mínimal supervision.
Able to work effectively in a cross functional team environment.
Must have demonstrated good laboratory skills with experience in basic molecular biology techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in ISO 13485 and/or GMP is a plus.
2 years of industry experience.
Previous experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires lifting up 30 lbs. and standing for long periods of time on a daily basis.
