For 125 years, we have been producing a variety of well construction materials as a medium-sized, family-owned company and offering custom-made solutions for (almost) every case.

We are currently seeking a full-time Production Employee (m/f/d) for our location in Luckenwalde.


Responsibilities:

What you will do with us:

  • Set up, prepare and operate various production equipment
  • Clean equipment and production areas
  • Actively participate in projects and carry out special tasks
  • Check produced goods for accuracy and quality standards
  • Communicate any deviations from target specifications and/or malfunctions accurately and competently
  • Internal transportation of goods
  • Observe and comply with all applicable regulations in the areas of occupational safety and health protection

Qualifications:

What you bring with you:


  • Previous experience as a machine operator (m/f/d) desired, but not a requirement career changers (m/f/d) welcome
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • High quality awareness
  • Manual dexterity and strong organizational skills
  • Independent work style, willingness to work shifts depending on the season, and enjoyment of teamwork
  • Reliability
  • Commitment and willingness to perform
