- Maintain and grow sales within assigned existing accounts, achieving sales targets. This role will have a heavy focus on revenue growth.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the customer service and product teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining customer trust.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact clients.
- Participate in trade shows and conferences to network and promote our products.
- Provide feedback from customers to enhance our products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of sales experience within the Asset Management technology sector.
- Experience working in an Asset Manager is a plus but candidate must also have software sales experience.
- Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
