- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- Associate's degree in nursing required
- Minimum of three years of Emergency Department nursing experience, including one year in a charge nurse role.
- Valid California Nursing license.
- Preferred certification in Emergency Department Nursing.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Current Managing Aggressive Behavior (MAB) certification within 90 days of employment
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred

POSITION SUMMARY
The Clinical Supervisor, a proficient Registered Nurse (RN), oversees nursing practice and patient care management.
Reporting to the Nurse Manager of the Emergency Department, the Charge Nurse holds 12-hour responsibility for organizing and providing high-quality patient-centered care.
