    Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Sales Associate for Cardiovascular & Metabolism in the Richmond North territory covering Charlottesville & Fredericksburg, VA.

    As a Cardiovascular Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

    • Compliantly achieving sales objectives, market share growth, and other business goals specific to this market segment
    • Excelling in selling and customer development activities with cardiologists and other specialists to build lasting relationships and achieve key metrics
    • Developing thought leaders, leveraging networks, and influencing to gain access to clinicians
    • Demonstrating consultative selling skills in cardiovascular and metabolic therapeutic areas using approved tools and documentation
    • Applying expertise in analytics, marketplace, disease state, and clinical insights to develop an effective business plan
    • Adapting strategies based on market conditions to capitalize on opportunities and address threats
    • Using technology to analyze sales data, track activities, and update customer documentation
    • Collaborating effectively with internal and external partners, establishing communication channels and networks to share relevant information
    • Efficiently managing administrative tasks including compliance, expense reports, and call reporting
    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Valid driver's license issued in the United States
    • Minimum of two years experience in healthcare sales, account management, or business sales
    • Cardiovascular or thrombosis therapeutic area experience preferred
    • Documented sales results and participation in management development programs preferred
    • Ability to travel up to 50% including overnight/weekend travel
    • Must reside in the designated geography or be willing to relocate
