    Property Manager - Affordable Housing

    Qualifications:

    • 3 years of relevant experience in apartment leasing, office, or management.
    • Passion for affordable housing and community well-being.
    • Expertise with tax credit/Section 42 and HUD/project-based Section 8 compliance.
    • Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Professional demeanor and presentation.

    Experience:

    • LIHTC: 3 years (Required)
    • Section 8: 3 years (Required)
    • Property management: 3 years (Required)
    • Tax Credit: 4 years (Required)
    • HUD: 4 years (Required)
