    Bachelor's Degree Travel Percentage : %Job DescriptionPurpose of the role and overview:Oversee the FIS Preferred Partner Program as part of the Supplier Management Program.

    Plan, coordinate, monitor and implement programs to support revenue opportunities with FIS top suppliers.
    Highly-skilled with extensive proficiency. Has extensive understanding of all supply chain and procurement policies and procedures. Works on projects/issues of medium to high complexity that require demonstrated knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments. Ensures compliance to contractual changes and/or updates based on company and regulatory guidelines. Coaches and mentors staff. Works without supervision on complex projects. Complete latitude for independent judgment. Typically requires eight or more years of experience in supply chain management.
    GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Primary liaison between Supply Chain, Sales, Account Management and other revenue-focused organizations.
    • Establishes processes and tools to ensure and enhance overall revenue.
    • Manages post-contract supplier relationships for specific categories and/or Lines of Business.
    • Facilitates development of relationships with suppliers and maintains relationships for top suppliers.
    • Manages initiatives with suppliers and business partners to drive innovation, mitigate risk and optimize performance.
    • Supports or manages ongoing operational activities related to supplier management (executive meetings, governance, issue resolution, audits, etc.)
    • Establishes requirements for suppliers to meet revenue targets.
    • Reviews, analyzes, and monitors supplier contract performance and compliance.
    • Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, and modifications to agreements.
    • Develops and maintains supplier relationships including tracking and analysis of supplier spend and performance.
    • Facilitates identification solutions to ensure purpose and functionality of suppliers closely aligns with business procedures, directions and strategies.
    • Provides revenue related reporting to executives related to the Program.
    • Manage, train and develop staff.
    • Other related duties assigned as needed.
    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS (No change)Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
    GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

    • Knowledge of supply chain management / procurement
    • Knowledge of project management methods and techniques
    • Exceptional analytics, reporting and presentation skills, including experience in presenting to senior leaders
    • Proficiency to supervise, lead and manage effectively staff members
    • Proficiency in MS Office with emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of FIS products & services
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven ability to influence peers and executives regarding business strategies and plans
    • Excellent problem solving, team and time management skills managing multiple deadlines for self and others
    • Proficiency in evaluating the performance capabilities of subordinates as well as counsel subordinates in development and/or corrective discipline
    • Proficiency to operate independently
