    Store Asset Protection Leader

    • Investigate and address root causes of internal, external, operational, and vendor related shrink in the retail and pharmacy areas.
    • Collaborate with store teams and other Asset Protection professionals to implement solutions that reduce shrink and boost profitability.

    Responsibilities as a Store Asset Protection Leader:

    • Lead internal and pharmacy investigations.
    • Analyze external theft patterns and detect organized retail crime.
    • Conduct store evaluations to pinpoint shrink causes.
    • Train store and pharmacy teams on Asset Protection programs.
    • Initiate awareness campaigns on shrink reduction strategies.
    • Examine data and shrink trends across a group of stores.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, make adjustments as necessary.
    • Maintain detailed investigation records and document updates.
    • Introduce new Asset Protection approaches, programs, and procedures.
    • Collaborate with store and pharmacy leadership to drive business outcomes.
    • Build strong relationships with law enforcement in the community.
    • Support store teams in all Asset Protection related activities.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent qualifications required.
