- Support a Store Manager in various areas like Merchandising, Operations, Customer Service, and Human Resources in a high-traffic store
- Create innovative strategies to boost store sales
- Recruit, train, manage, and guide a team of Associates
- Supervise and ensure effectiveness of loss prevention and operational initiatives
- Guarantee a positive shopping experience for every customer
- Oversee day-to-day operations of sales floor, backroom, front end, and cash office
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in retail leadership as an Assistant or Store Manager
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and commitment to follow-through
- Demonstrated capability in leading, developing, and motivating a sizable team
- Prior experience managing a volume of $5 million or more
