What began as a pair of blenders, a patio table, and a fridge has flourished into a 200-unit operator and franchisor of the leading fast casual restaurant concept.

Manager, you will be doing a variety of tasks from training new employees to strategically resolving problems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO**- Create & maintain a high-performance constructive team culture focused on quality, cleanliness, customer experience, & operational excellence

  • Manage costs to hit & uphold COGs & other expense standards
  • Check products to ensure consistency, palatability, and quality
  • Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, and accommodations
  • Project, place, schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity
  • Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to make sure it's up to Company Standards
  • Schedule staff hours utilizing appropriate systems/software and assign duties to ensure economical use of food and timely preparation
  • Review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, or safety
  • Perform food preparation and service tasks
  • Maintain food and equipment inventories
  • Organize and direct worker training programs, resolve personnel problems, hire onboard & train new staff, and evaluate employee performances
  • Arrange for equipment maintenance and repairs, and coordinate a variety of services with vendors & officials
  • Utilize & troubleshoot POS system, operate & reconcile cash register and make bank deposits.
  • Adhere to company opening and closing procedures and maintain accompanying records

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must obtain the ServSafe certification, previous to grand opening health inspection
  • Must be available to work all store operational hours including nights, holidays, & weekends

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time
  • Must be able to maintain fast paced work for the duration of each shift
  • Must be able to lift or otherwise move 2540 pounds regularly
  • Must be able to retrieve items from high and low shelving, the fridge/freezer, and under counters.
