TheSenior Director of Digital Marketing
will help us grow our small business audience, user engagement, and website conversions.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a growth mindset, be highly data-driven, and have a proven track record of digital marketing success.
Responsibilities and DutiesDevelop and oversee all B2C marketing strategies and initiatives to meet company objectives
Coach and mentor our marketing team and support staff
Build online community engagement through webinars, social media, etc.
Measure and track the effectiveness of all marketing activities
Oversee SEO/SEM initiatives, Google Adwords PPC campaigns, and similar marketing
Maximize conversion and ROI of the company's online marketing spend
Participate in weekly management meetings, reporting directly to the President & CEO
Requirements
7+ years of digital marketing experience with 3+ years of experience managing a marketing team
Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing strategies
Strong understanding of current digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices
Demonstrated ability to think both creatively and strategically with detail-oriented execution
Bachelor's degree in business/marketing/digital media preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills (we are an Apple-based company)
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Hubspot, WordPress, and similar platforms
