For our Thalia bookstore in Bonn (Metropol), we are looking for a cashier (m/f/d) starting on October 1st, 2023:


What tasks can you expect:


  • Ensuring smooth
    cashier transactions on our modern scanner cash registers, including cash, debit cards, vouchers, and returns
  • Operating the outdoor sales stand, including managing small promotions
  • Handling
    customer complaints
  • Implementing
    sales concepts on the sales floor
  • Actively approaching customers and providing serviceoriented advice, e.g. for questions about navigating our store

  • Strong identification with handling
    payment transactions
  • Communication skills and a confident, open demeanor
  • Aboveaverage
    customer and service orientation, as well as the ability to keep a
    cool head in stressful situations
  • A
    reliable, conscientious, and

  • Experience operating
