- Manage all production related activities throughout the facility in all production departments
- Promote a safe work environment by actively engaging in safety improvement projects
- Provide leadership on major issues facing the organization, working collectively with support managers, and understanding all aspects of the business
- Proactively lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Interact with internal cross-business teams to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives; including but not limited to: engineering, quality, maintenance, production control, HR, finance and safety
- Achieve cost, quality, delivery, and safety goals, and identify continuous improvement opportunities using six sigma and lean methodologies
- Support deployment of manufacturing operations strategy, control systems, tools and metrics to accurately measure progress, identify root causes of processes, production capacity, quality and staffing issues and develop/implement corrective action plans
- Responsible for the accomplishment of product line's operations goals and initiatives within their area
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Hands on knowledge of manufacturing processes
