    We are seeking a professional Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources Team. The Recruiter is responsible for all facets of the hiring process from Sourcing through to Onboarding.

    Must be a proficient ATS user and familiar with all major sourcing tools and job boards including Linked In and Indeed.

    The Recruiter will employ direct sourcing and networking techniques leveraging Linked In and other sources. This is a key member of our team and will play a huge role in Fernway's growth.
    Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Department Managers hiring initiativesPrepare job descriptions with input from managementPost positions in our ATS and Career Site. Ensure positions are properly posted to our sourcing partners such as Indeed and LinkedIn.

    Aggressively source candidates through networking and direct sourcingManage initial screening of candidatesDisposition of candidates including proper communications with declined candidatesConduct research and analysis as assignedCollect and report on CORI informationUpdate all HR and recruiting Systems, including Pinpoint, Gusto and Jotform with all required candidate and new hire statuses and records.

    Any other related duties associated with the Fernway Recruitment ProcessCoordinate and facilitate HR orientation & new hire follow-upCoordinate new employee onboarding with payroll, benefits, IT, CCC, CRC, EEN, Gusto and RVT/Required Training (assist employees with technical support as needed)


    Monitor and maintain badging with the CCCAssist with MSO HR regulations and documentation related to operations in all States in which Fernway operates.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise4+ years of HR and/or recruiting experienceManagerial experience a plusMust be fast paced, task oriented, driven to exceed expectations and self-motivated to initiativeMust be capable of critical thinking and creative problem solvingMust be flexible with hours and willing to work until the job is doneExperience with Indeed, LinkedIn, Homebase, Jotform, ClickUpA high degree of integrity and ethical conduct at all timesComfortable with technology & computersStrong verbal & written communication skillsStrong attention to detailsAbility to be onsite to serve as the go-to HR professional for HR related matters, concerns and issuesMust pass a background check in accordance with all applicable federal and state lawsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)BenefitsGenerous annual leave: 13 paid holidays and up to 3 weeks PTO (hourly and salaried staff alike)
