The Recruiter is responsible for all facets of the hiring process from Sourcing through to Onboarding.
Must be a proficient ATS user and familiar with all major sourcing tools and job boards including Linked In and Indeed.
The Recruiter will employ direct sourcing and networking techniques leveraging Linked In and other sources. This is a key member of our team and will play a huge role in Fernway's growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Department Managers hiring initiativesPrepare job descriptions with input from managementPost positions in our ATS and Career Site. Ensure positions are properly posted to our sourcing partners such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
Aggressively source candidates through networking and direct sourcingManage initial screening of candidatesDisposition of candidates including proper communications with declined candidatesConduct research and analysis as assignedCollect and report on CORI informationUpdate all HR and recruiting Systems, including Pinpoint, Gusto and Jotform with all required candidate and new hire statuses and records.
Any other related duties associated with the Fernway Recruitment ProcessCoordinate and facilitate HR orientation & new hire follow-upCoordinate new employee onboarding with payroll, benefits, IT, CCC, CRC, EEN, Gusto and RVT/Required Training (assist employees with technical support as needed)
Monitor and maintain badging with the CCCAssist with MSO HR regulations and documentation related to operations in all States in which Fernway operates.
