*Your tasks:

Professional and personal leadership and support of employees with a team size of approximately 50 employees
Support of management in ensuring quantitative and qualitative goals
Reporting and analysis to management
Close collaboration with recruiting
Identification of training needs on a project basis
Interface to the client and team members
Organization and execution of regular team meetings
Further development of projects to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

*What you bring:

Several years of professional experience in dialog marketing (KPI understanding)
Experience in personnel management (leadership potential)
Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written form
High customer and service orientation
Sales orientation, flexibility and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
