- Ideal candidates should have a BS in Civil Engineering and 10+ years of experience on CEI projects and programs.
- Must have a Florida Professional Engineer license.
- Be able to mentor and help develop Junior and Intermediate engineers and CEI personnel Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining client relations.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and leading a team is very important for this role.

- Lead efforts in building the local CEI practice with ability to recruit and grow the team.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in the Central/South Florida region.
- Receives general instructions regarding assignments and is expected to exercise initiative and independent judgment in the solution of work problems.
- Directs and assigns specific tasks to inspectors and assists in all phases of the construction project.
- Will be responsible for the progress and final estimates throughout the construction project duration.
- General management and oversite of multiple CEI projects
- Periodically reviews project schedule and progress on the projects managed.
