    Description

    As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of architectural projects, from concept development to project completion. Your primary objective will be to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications and design standards. You will lead a team of architects, engineers, and designers, fostering collaboration and driving excellence in project delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging and impactful projects while contributing to the growth and success of our firm.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all aspects of architectural projects, including planning, design development, construction documentation, and project coordination.
    • Lead project teams, assigning tasks, setting project milestones, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
    • Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals, permits, and certifications.
    • Ensure project compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
    • Review architectural drawings, specifications, and other project deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve design-related issues, and maintain project quality standards.
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
    • Provide regular project status updates and reports to clients and senior management.
    • Manage project risks, identify mitigation strategies, and address any project-related challenges.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural design and project management.
