- Demonstrated organizing teams through Agile ceremonies, e.g., product backlog refinement, preplanning, planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, with an understanding of creative and UX requirements.
- Proficiency with a wide range of productivity tools, including collaboration software (e.g., Slack, MS Teams), and standard MS Office tools (e.g., Outlook Online, OneDrive), adapted for creative and UX collaboration.
- 5+ years of applicable project management experience in a technology environment, preferably in SAS collaboration tools, with a focus on creative and UX projects.
- Proven experience with at least 5 years of experience in leading technology, multidisciplinary efforts across a large-scale matrix organization, particularly in creative and UX contexts.
