    Manufacturing / Mechanical
    Description
    • Expertise in automation and test bench data processing. Development and support of calibration tools
    • Support dynamometer systems
    • Development/Modify HMI code as required.
    • Development/Modify PLC code as required.
    • Support equipment integration into test cells
    • Support instrument calibration for test cells, dynamometers, and general feedback devices.
    • Develop repair and calibration procedures
    • Create/Modify drawings as needed
    • Develop electronic circuits as required to interface devices to equipment/test cells
    • Tuning of control loops and motor drive systems
    • Provide board level troubleshooting to technicians
    • Provide technical consultation to customers when interfacing vehicles in a test cell environment
    • Develop/recommend modifications to improve equipment reliability

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of Emerson/Allen Bradley/Siemens PLC
    • Wonderware/Maple Systems/Panel View/Quick Panel HMI screens
    • Strong electrical/electronics knowledge (Transistors, amplifiers, etc.)
    • AC/DC motors and drive
    • PC systems running Linux,Windows, QNX
