- Support dynamometer systems
- Development/Modify HMI code as required.
- Development/Modify PLC code as required.
- Support equipment integration into test cells
- Support instrument calibration for test cells, dynamometers, and general feedback devices.
- Develop repair and calibration procedures
- Create/Modify drawings as needed
- Develop electronic circuits as required to interface devices to equipment/test cells
- Tuning of control loops and motor drive systems
- Provide board level troubleshooting to technicians
- Provide technical consultation to customers when interfacing vehicles in a test cell environment
- Develop/recommend modifications to improve equipment reliability
