- As a Tax Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic tax guidance and leadership within our organization.
- Lead a team of dedicated professionals, serving as a mentor and trusted advisor, while also fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Utilize your extensive expertise to drive excellence in client service delivery, ensuring that all tax engagements are executed with precision and efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert, staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide timely insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the development and implementation of tax planning strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, optimizing their tax position and maximizing savings opportunities.
- Partner with upper management to drive new business development initiatives, actively participating in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development.
- Manage the full lifecycle of client engagements, from initial scoping and planning through to final delivery, ensuring that all deadlines and quality control standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies within the tax department.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting or a related field, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Maintain all necessary licenses required for the role.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure, managing multiple assignments and deadlines with ease.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
