    **Description**

    Six Flags Discovery Kingdom is seeking an independent and organized leader to join our Warehouse team. This person will work closely with the Warehouse and Retail Managers to ensure that all functions of the Warehouse run smoothly. Their primary focus will be on inventory control for the Retail Divisions.

    ****Essential Job Functions****

    Generate pick list manually for the top seller items.

    Generate Auto Replenish (Pick List) in Aptos. Review and Print.

    Generate reports on top seller for the Retail Manager.

    Input all store damages, RTV and store to store transfers.

    Print price tickets in items that need tags before delivery.

    Input all pick lists that were pulled and print store shipment for delivery the next morning.

    Every Monday count all the drinks, raw materials and photo supplies that are in the warehouse and send the count to the Retail Manager.

    PO Receiving

    + Discrepancies should be added to the shared spreadsheet

    + Send a note to the buyer on discrepancies-count, retail price, damaged merchandise.

    + UPC attached, not in system

    + Add eligibility and min/max on all new items received.

    + Purchase Orders and reports as needed for the Retail Manager

    Generate sales report.

    Confirm with the vendor cost and availability on reorder items.

    New items-communicate with the vendor on cost, availabilities, case pack, and UPCs

    Put together in a PO spreadsheet as needed for the buyers

    Review negative on-hand report. Make adjustments as needed.

    Do cycle count.

    Price changes.

    Monitor Inventory and help reduce aged inventory throughout the park.

    Interact with finance, delivering reports timely and accurately.

    Interact with vendors and ensure proper upkeep of vendor maintained racks.

    Ensure standards of performance and responsibilities for all staff that is under your supervision.

    Help receive in orders when receiving gets backed up or behind.

    ****Work Requirements****

    Applicant must be at least 18 Years of Age

    Proficient in Word Programs including Excel

    Must possess a valid driver license and be able to show proof of a good driving record

    Must be able to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods of time (up to 4 hours at time), climb ladders and step stools.

    Must be able to lift, push and pull 50 pounds without assistance.

    Must be able to work a flexible schedule including, early morning, nights, weekends, and holidays. Some overtime may be required.

    Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing

    Must be able to judge depth and distinguish color coding

    ****Working Conditions****

    Work is performed indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and sometimes at heights. Lighting is both natural and artificial. Work is performed occasionally in spaces with dust and fumes.

    All lifts over 51 lbs. require assistance from a co- worker or the use of a mechanical device.
