Join our team as a **Warehouse Supervisor** in the Vacaville, CA Fulfillment Center We are looking for someone excited about providing value to our customers by training and motivating your team while monitoring the daily activities of the Fulfillment Center.

**Below are some (but not all) of the key responsibilities of this role:**

Promotes a safety culture led by example with a focus on education and feedback to reduce risk

Manages a safe work environment including (but not limited to) facilitating regular safety meetings and training, completing safety inspections, incident investigations, and general awareness

Executes warehouse receiving and shipping operations to meet productivity and service goals

Works on the floor driving results for at least 90% of each shift

Oversees and monitors product inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse; investigates and reconciles inventory discrepancies

Achieves established productivity goals through the effective management of assigned staff

Identifies and implements process improvement activities to drive performance and warehouse efficiencies

Fosters a positive work environment that promotes the Pacific Cycle behaviors

Provides timely coaching and feedback to direct reports in areas of standard operating procedures, daily performance, and best practices

Works collaboratively with Human Resources on company policies, procedures, employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and other key personnel matters

Assist in interviewing, recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees

Completes and presents performance evaluations to direct reports

Responsible for monitoring and controlling costs associated with warehouse processes and supplies to assist in achieving budgetary goals

**Education & Experience Requirements**

Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent combination of education and experience

1-3 years previous supervisory/leadership experience in a mid-large fulfillment center operation

Proficient computer skills in SAP/ERP programs, Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Access

Must be organized with good follow-up and strong communication skills
