- Coordinates daily activities in the distribution center
- Supervises staff in executing order fulfillment, inventory management, and related tasks
- Prepares work schedules and manages labor hours effectively
- Interviews and trains new team members
- Recommends process improvements and ensures compliance with policies
- Prepares reports for leadership and oversees warehouse upkeep
- Min. 3-5 years of related warehouse experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
- Proficiency in warehouse equipment and management systems
- PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
