    Position Overview
    The Supervisor, Operations is accountable for supporting the Branch Management Team in overseeing all aspects of the teller line, including training associates in customer service and banking procedures, and providing guidance to the Teller Staff. This role involves assisting in report completion, certifications, audits, and accurately processing various transactions for bank customers. Additionally, the Operations Supervisor identifies and pursues cross-sales referral opportunities, adheres to internal controls, policies, and procedures, ensures safety and security measures, and opens new accounts as necessary.

    Role and Responsibilities
    - Perform all teller transactions.
    - Ensure client satisfaction by following Fremont Bank service standards.
    - Explain bank policies and procedures, promote and refer bank products and services.
    - Meet sales and referral objectives.
    - Conduct telemarketing and follow-up sales tasks.
    - Understand and communicate deposit products accurately.
    - Reconcile cash and transactions daily.
    - Ensure compliance with Federal Banking Regulations.
    - Perform operational duties accurately.
    - Stay informed of job-related issues and actively participate in training classes.
    - Remain updated on business-related activities within the Bank.
    - Directly oversee tellers, provide training, guidance, and transaction approvals within set limits.
    - Assist clients and escalate issues as needed.
    - Aid in various branch duties and adhere to regulatory requirements.
    - Maintain a well-organized work area.
    - Review and ensure quality control of operations reports and processes.
    - Open and close branches following set procedures.
    - Lead and supervise in the absence of higher management.
    - Perform other assigned duties.

    Minimum Qualifications
    - 3 years of banking experience preferred.
    - Pass required exams and obtain necessary certifications.
    - Sales and customer service experience essential.
    - Willingness to perform telemarketing tasks.
    - Strong communication skills.
    - Professional appearance.
    - Proficiency in Windows-based computer environment.
    - Excellent customer service skills.
    - Ability to multitask and use various computer applications simultaneously.
