Government Contracting Proposal Coordinator with IT and Copyediting Expertise

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Government Proposal Coordinator with a strong IT background, exceptional copyediting skills, and profound knowledge of government proposal coordination processes. This role requires a professional who understands the complexities and requirements of government RFPs and RFIs, ensuring all proposals are accurate, compliant, and compelling.

Responsibilities:

Expert Proposal Coordination:Demonstrate deep knowledge of the government proposal process, including understanding compliance, interpreting complex solicitations, and tailoring responses to meet specific government criteria.
IT Expertise and Proposal Development:Utilize a solid understanding of IT to develop technical proposals that clearly explain iCallidus's IT solutions, aligning with government technology needs and strategies.
Compliance and Strategic Alignment:Ensure all proposals meet government IT standards and adapt strategies to fit the ever-evolving governmental landscape.
Collaborative Development:Work closely with IT specialists and project managers to ensure technical solutions are accurately represented in all proposal documentation.
Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:Lead rigorous reviews to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance, updating proposal processes based on feedback and changes in the government contracting arena.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degreein IT, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experiencein proposal management and coordination within the IT sector for government contracts.
In-depth understanding of government procurement processesand the ability to navigate complex RFPs and RFIs.
Strong technical writing and editing skills,capable of communicating complex IT concepts clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in using specialized proposal toolsand government submission portals.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degreein Information Technology or a related field.
Certifications:ITIL, Agile, and PMP.
Extensive experience in government IT departmentsor similar public sector environments.
