- Represent MEI at recruiting events to network and stay current with industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in engineering or construction.
- Knowledge of recruitment principles and best practices.
- Self-motivated team player with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Experience in recruiting for construction or engineering roles.
- Familiarity with engineering tools and software.
- HR or recruitment certifications.
- Knowledge of ADP.
