Responsibilities:

Receive and process new vehicle orders
Check and make changes to orders
Create order confirmations
Check and process vehicle invoices
Coordinate with sales representatives for further processes
Schedule appointments
Verify registration documents and plan registrations
Create, check, and send invoices depending on cash purchase, leasing, or financing
Manage registration certificates

Qualifications:

Preferably a commercial education, high school diploma, or equivalent. Previous experience in the automotive industry is also welcome. A systematic work approach and proficiency in IT systems are required.
