Business Operations Manager Qualifications: - Office/Production/Operations Management experience
- Strong communication skills (over the phone and in-person)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Ability to manage crews, calendars, and salespeople
Office/Production Manager Key Responsibilities: - Maintain relationships with customers
- Keep the office and warehouse organized and presentable
- Oversee daily office operations
- Schedule all leads to appointments for sales team
- Meet with sales staff weekly to discuss recent sales and production
- Order all product needed for jobs accurately and follow up on delivery
- Communicate with installers and customer on start dates, times, and progress
- Discuss and obtain written permission for any changes in contracted work
- Assist with ordering and receiving products and materials
- Strive for 5/5 star rating
