We are looking for you - preferably on a freelance basis - at our location in Ratingen as a Landscape Architect for the mobile communications sector (m/f/d).

Your role with us:

  • Knowledge and secure application of relevant technical building regulations (e.g. HOAI, VOB, AHO, BauGB, STLBBau, LBO, and VgV)
  • Experience in creating design plans, performance specifications, execution plans, cost estimates, and feasibility studies
  • Conducting object monitoring/site supervision
  • Presenting plans to clients and users
  • Independently preparing, conducting, and accompanying approval procedures such as spatial planning and approval procedures
  • Conducting coordination meetings with approval and specialist authorities

Your convincing profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in landscape architecture, landscape construction and green space management, open space planning or management, or architecture or civil engineering with a specialization in landscape architecture
  • Proficient in standard PC software such as Office, Vector Works
