As a Disponent in Gages Lake, IL, your responsibilities will include:

Placing orders for new vehicles and monitoring delivery dates
Monitoring and processing manufacturer incentives
Creating invoices for domestic and international transactions
Ensuring timely processing of manufacturer incentives
Ensuring smooth vehicle management by maintaining communication with manufacturers, suppliers, shipping companies, vehicle detailers, salespeople, service advisors, and registration offices
Reporting sales figures
Monitoring and managing our entire inventory and vehicle organization for used and new cars
Ensuring timely planning of vehicle deliveries
Digitally reviewing vehicle invoices
Preparing for leasing and financing transactions
Scheduling, managing, and organizing drivers for registrations
Reviewing active and retroactive bonus systems
Answering phone calls
Monitoring vehicle arrivals and departures
Establishing and maintaining inventory databases and regularly checking inventory levels
Establishing and maintaining demo vehicle databases
Maintaining all necessary sales master data
Monitoring vehicle inventory levels and assisting with inventory and stock checks
