Key Responsibilities in Howey-in-the-Hills, FL:

Accounting Supplier Invoices:
Receiving, recording, and filing invoices.


Payment Preparation:
Obtaining payment approval and preparing payments through the web-banking platform.
Following up with suppliers.


Reporting:
Ensuring timely monthly book closing to meet group deadlines (Day+6).
Determining and recording monthly closing entries such as prepayments and accruals.
Documenting and reconciling monthly balance sheet.
Tracking marketing, PR, and digital budget.
Assisting General Manager and Central Controlling team in budget process.


Legal/Tax:
Acting as main point of contact for tax authority, external auditor, and central finance and accounting team.
Managing legal risks.
Preparing monthly VAT declarations and working with tax advisor.


BTQ Suppliers Management:
Managing contracts, negotiations, and terminations.


Outstanding Invoices:
Communicating reminders to field staff.


System:
Using SAGE I100 for general and analytical accounts.


RFA Budget Control:
Assisting General Manager, communicating with Key Account Managers in Paris, and updating local file.


Attitude to Work:
Promoting a field-first mentality and embracing the entrepreneurial spirit of the organization.
Creating a positive and dynamic work environment.
Remaining adaptable and contributing to the continuous development of the company by taking personal initiative.
Supporting a "lead from every chair" approach to drive necessary changes.
