Responsibilities:

  • You support our innovative and demanding strategy and IT projects in the financial services sector in all project phases from proposal development to project results acceptance. This includes tasks from idea generation to project completion.
  • As an Associate, you independently conduct analyses, take on the preparation and followup of workshops, and support the project team in solution development.
  • You contribute to the development of new consulting products and support in building company knowledge.
  • You actively participate in the company development of BMC, e.g. in recruiting or marketing.

Qualifications:

  • A successfully completed bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus on banking & finance, mathematics, physics, economics, business informatics, computer science, or similar.
  • First practical experience in the financial services sector and/or management consulting.
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills as well as IT affinity.
  • Independent work style and teamwork skills.
