    About the Company:
    At One of a kind Restoration, we are committed to leading the industry in quality and innovation. Our Pack Out/Back and storage Department is crucial to ensuring that our products are delivered with the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and care.

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lead Technician to oversee our Pack Out Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all packing operations, ensuring that products are ready for shipment, and maintaining the highest standards of workplace safety and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the pack out team to meet production targets and quality standards.
    • Train new employees on packing procedures and the correct use of equipment.
    • Monitor inventory levels of packing materials and coordinate with supply chain to ensure availability.
    • Implement and oversee quality control measures to minimize damage and ensure the integrity of outgoing shipments.
    • Prepare reports on departmental performance, including productivity, material usage, and staffing issues.
    • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with other departmental leaders to streamline operations and enhance overall production efficiency.
    • Manage the logistics preparations for the department, ensuring that all crew members are equipped and informed for efficient operation.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics or relevant field is a plus.
    • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a packing or logistics environment.
    • Strong understanding of packing technology and machinery.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
