Pay:
$22-23/hr. DOE

JOB PURPOSE

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Team Leadership:

Supervise and lead a team of car wash and detail technicians.
Provide training to new team members and ensure ongoing skill development.
Delegate tasks effectively to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Quality Control:

Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure quality standards are met.
Implement and enforce best practices for car washing, detailing, and customer service.
Conduct regular quality checks to maintain consistent service excellence.

Customer Service:

Interact with customers to understand their specific detailing needs.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.
Strive to exceed customer expectations and enhance overall satisfaction.

Equipment Maintenance:

Oversee the maintenance and repair of detailing equipment.
Ensure that all tools and machinery are in proper working condition.
Identify and recommend new equipment or upgrades as needed.

Inventory Management:

Manage and track detailing supplies and inventory.
Place orders for replenishment and maintain optimal stock levels.
Monitor expenses and work towards costeffective solutions.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of various car detailing products, tools, and techniques.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Leadership and teambuilding skills with a focus on fostering a positive work environment preferred
Detailoriented mindset and commitment to delivering highquality services.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in car detailing with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
Basic computer and math skills
Planning, organizational, problem solving and people skills
Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Flexibility in scheduling which may include nights weekends and holidays

WORKING CONDITIONS

This job will involve occasional exposure to some disagreeable elements such as hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, dust/dirt and exhaust fumes.

Must be able to work in extreme conditions such as hot and cold weather.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods;
Must be able to lift and move inventory items and other workrelated items (up to 50 pounds);

Must be able to push, pull, bend at the knees and waist, lift, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn headneckshoulders as needed, climb steps, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands, all of this for either extended periods of time or many times throughout the day.
