SRK Consulting

is an independent, international consulting practice, providing globally integrated consulting services to the international mining and metals sector.
We are seeking a Project Engineer.

Description of Responsibilities:
Complete construction and reclamation cost estimates
Participate in preparation of permit application
Perform field work such as geotechnical investigations, engineering oversight during construction
Manage construction quality assurance activities on mining-related earthworks
Develop and maintain client relationships
Perform other duties as assigned.
An undergraduate degree in civil, geotechnical/geological, environmental, mining, or other engineering
Registered or eligible for future registration as a Professional Engineer
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimum of supervision
Strong inter-personal and communication skills, including writing skills
Working knowledge Word and Excel
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D software

Your preferred qualifications:
Prior experience in the civil engineering and/or mining industries
Experience with CAD and engineering software programs
