    We have an exciting opportunity for aCivil Project Engineer to join our Municipal Services team in Ames, IA.

    What You Will Do:
    As a Project Engineer you coordinate planning, development, and completion of projects ensuring client satisfaction. You work closely with Project Managers in understanding client needs and expectations. This role will have a focus on our municipal market.

    What We Are Looking For:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
    • Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Iowa
    • 5 years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with municipal infrastructure.
    • Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.
    • Must possess a valid drivers license and their own transportation. You will be reimbursed for business-related travel

    Preferred skills:

    • AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
    • Knowledge of IA-DOT requirements
    • Erosion and Sediment Control
    • Experience with public contact and presentations
