    Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer
    We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to initiate the growth and development of a DevOps team in Lehi, Utah. As part of this role, you will be crucial in overseeing the data center's hardware infrastructure and our cloud infrastructure. If you have a passion for ensuring the optimal functioning of essential systems and possess a solid foundation in DevOps methodologies, we encourage you to get in touch with us. This position is an in office role in our Lehi, Utah office.

    What you'll do
    As a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, technical know-how,
    and a desire to go where the data leads, you'll:

    • Collaborate closely with our local and global Engineering and DevOps teams to
      improve the operational performance of our platforms running in the data center and
      in the cloud.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot hardware components within the data center environment.
      Design and improve the resilience, scaling, security, and robustness of production
      infrastructure systems
    • Proactively react to outage or service level degradation scenarios
      Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard the integrity of hardware
      systems and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for data
      center operations.
    • Continuously improve regular operations by automating procedures and optimizing
      processes.
    • Be part of On-Call/Duty rotation

    • Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and knowledge sharing
      between DevOps and other departments

    What you'll need

    • 5+ years experience as a DevOps Engineer
    • Strong understanding and knowledge of CI/CD processesExperience with designing and building automation
    • Experience in IaC and with configuration automation tools such as Ansible and
      Terraform.
    • Experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies - Scrum, Kanban, etc.
    • Experience with Google Cloud (or other cloud providers)
    • Expertise in one or more programming language (C# or Java preferred)
    • Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, CheckMK)
    • Understanding of security hardening, access management practices
    • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and logical thinking skills
    • Be able to clearly convey your ideas, actively listen to others, and explain
      complex technical concepts in a way that non-technical team members can
      understand.
    • Be adaptable to handling changing priorities, new tasks, and evolving project
      requirements.
