Additionally, the CRO will work with theexecutive leadership team to build Share Our Strength's reputationand increase awareness of their mission as a nonprofit leader.
Hybrid - 2 days a week in the Washington D.OfficeFundraising StrategyDevelopment:
Collaborate with the executive team tocreate and implement a robust and innovative fundraising strategythat aligns with Share Our Strength's mission and long-termobjectives.

Set ambitious fundraising targets and monitorprogress toward achieving them.Partnerships and Collaborations:
Identifyand explore potential partnerships with corporations, foundations,and other non-profit organizations to advance Share Our Strength'smission and extend its reach.
An enthusiastic openness to creative thinking and innovativeapproaches.At least 15 years of experience leading revenue-generatingprograms, including programs with diverse revenue platforms.
Bachelor's degree is required.
Demonstrated ability to design innovative approaches to revenuegeneration, and to build innovative partnerships andrevenue-generating initiatives.
Sophisticated understanding of the diversity of contemporaryrevenue-generating models across platforms, including directresponse, digital media, personal outreach, and events.
Understanding of, and experience with, the transformativepotential of digital commercial and social venues for contemporaryfundraising.
Significant success working with high-level and high-net-worthcorporate officials and individual donors.
Experience building long-term relationships with donors andcorporate partners.
