Job DescriptionWhat we are looking for: Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Canyon Creek Apartments a 320-unit community located at 4851 Lemay Ferry Road in Mehlville, MO.PAY: $19 - $21/HR DOE PLUS, quarterly bonus potential up to $750 per quarter, $100 a week on-call bonus, and a full benefits package that is second to none.....Not to mention, a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
SCHEDULE: M-F 8AM-4:30PM with on-call rotation of one week, every four weeks
