    We are seeking Pavement Maintenance Technicians (PMT) for our Greater Pittsburgh crew.

    As the Pavement Maintenance Technician (PMT), you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across our region.
    This is a seasonal position, that begins mid-March and continues through December with the opportunity of winter work. Working hours are 32-50 hours per week with some weekends and overtime. We also have opportunities to work on prevailing wage projects. Overnight positions are available Monday through Saturday.


    WHAT YOULL DO
    Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and sealcoating, power washing, epoxy flooring and more
    Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project
    Communicate job status daily with the VP of Field Operations
    Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site
    Additional tasks as required

    WHAT YOU BRING
    A Pennsylvania drivers license with a clean driving record (Drivers Abstract is required) and a reliable mode of transportation
    You areself-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
    You understand the importance of punctuality, organization and attention to detail
    Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75lbs)
    Ability to work well independently unsupervised and outdoors most of the time
    Experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
    Flexibility with your schedule

    Competitive wages (We pay based on experience, skills, and attitude. We pay time and a half for hours worked over 40 hours a week.)
