    Customer Service Associate

    We are looking for a customer service associate to join our team In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling phone inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues that may arise.

    Responsibilities:

    • Answer customer phone calls regarding orders, products, and services
    • Assist customers with placing orders via phone, email or online platforms
    • Collaborating with other departments such as shipping, warehouse, and sales to address customer needs effectively
    • Process incoming orders efficiently and according to company procedures
    • Proactively check for backordered items and communicate updates to customers
    • Research and file claims for lost or damaged packages

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in computer skills, including data entry
    • On-site job, more information below.

    Location of office: 16651 Johnson Drive, City of Industry, CA 91745

    Office hours: Open Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm
