Description

SAIC is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our Agile team supporting our customer the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Responsibilities:

Develop Project deliverables as required
Instill quality deliveries in team and manage product quality
Incorporate risk management throughout project
Communicate regularly with customers, stakeholders, Agile teams, and management
Facilitate daily scrum ceremonies
Clear any Team blockers/obstacles
Coach the scrum teams in Agile best processes
Maintain Rally Agile Management Tool
Facilitate communication and transparency of status
Support product owner in backlog management

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

BA/BS degree and 14 years or more years of relevant experience
Strong Agile Scrum Master experience
Agile tool experience (Rally or equivalent)
Strength in Project Management processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem solving and analytical skills
Commitment to follow through on issues
Quality focus on deliverables
Risk management experience
Software Modernization Project experience
Must be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance

Desired Qualifications:

PMI or equivalent Project Management Certification
Scrum Master Certification
Agile Rally Tool experience
Cloud software development management

Target salary range:
$155,001 - $165,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
