- Ensure Lunar's products meet appropriate compliance requirements through testing and data reviews.
- Lead compliance programs with the right level of urgency, ownership, and technical depth.
- Develop compliance program schedules, define milestones and clearly communicate ongoing progress, risks, and mitigation strategies through close collaboration with the appropriate internal and external teams.
- Drive the program team and gather compliance evidence by planning and supporting test activities, ensuring there is clear alignment on the right priorities.
- Establish and host regular technical data reviews with engineering teams and be able to present with certifying agencies.
- Set agenda for key decisions by providing tradeoff analysis to be made at each meeting to eliminate bottlenecks and retire risks.
- Maintain clear communications and solid relationships with certifying agencies.
- B.S/ M.S Engineering or 3-5+ years of equivalent related experience with a strong track record of shipping products, and deep knowledge of the stages of a new product development.
- Knowledge of UL 9540, UL 1741, IEEE 1547 and Functional Safety compliance standards is a plus.
- Expert is using project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SmartSheets or similar.
- Asset management experience is a plus.
- Ability to work onsite 5-days a week
