    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional clinical care delivery within the center
    • Collaborate with the Director of Medical Operations
    • Identify opportunities to enhance clinical quality and safety
    • Maintain relationships to drive market growth
    • Manage center staffing and unforeseen coverage needs
    • Conduct drug/alcohol testing of patients

    Requirements:

    • Current unrestricted medical license
    • Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
    • Concentra Core Competencies
    • Ability to handle sensitive information
    • Commitment to practice standards
    • Supervisory and staff development skills
    • Superior patient care and interpersonal skills
