We are currently seeking a
SKILLED WORKER (M/F/D) for our industrial and service workshop in Sulingen, West Salem, WI. This is a full-time position (39 hours per week) with a fixed-term contract. If there is mutual interest, we will strive to offer a permanent position within our company.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Assisting with the organization and execution of work processes within the group
  • Organizing and completing work orders/customer orders
  • Participating in quality control and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Assisting with order creation, processing, and scheduling of various customer orders
  • Supporting the group leader in identifying the professional and personal resources of employees and contributing to their targeted development
  • Assisting the group leader in individual support planning, determining support needs according to HMB-T, and wage evaluation, while working collaboratively
