Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive and specialized HR consulting and support for employees in personal matters related to the Porsche work environment
  • Design and further development of offered HR products and services
  • Ensuring HR standards and concepts in the responsible area
  • Coordination with relevant interfaces on fundamental and conceptual topics, as well as deriving necessary measures for HR consulting
  • Representation of the HR role in relevant committees and project management

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed studies, preferably with a focus on human resource management, or equivalent advanced training and relevant work experience
  • Several years of professional experience, preferably in the HR field
  • Excellent knowledge of HR processes and labor law
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP HCM
  • Conceptual skills, high sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Aboveaverage customer and service orientation
  • High flexibility, commitment and reliability
  • Independent work style combined with excellent communication skills
  • Confident demeanor and strong conflict resolution skills
