Your mission:


  • Perform maintenance and servicing work after qualification.
  • Analyze and resolve malfunctions and damages.
  • Provide technical support for UAS both domestically and internationally.
  • Inspect and document maintenance and repair work.
  • Inspect and release aircraft after maintenance.
  • Conduct test runs and flights of UAVs.
  • Ensure functionality of ground equipment for UAS.
  • Assist in developing maintenance standards.
  • Maintain operational readiness in accordance with EU Regulations 2019/945 and 2019/947 for both internal and customer flight operations.
  • Support process development and quality management.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize knowledge of BVLOS operations and maintenance tasks to analyze and solve problems.
  • Manage customer portal, fleet databases, and technical customer communication.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to meet customer needs in a rapidly growing company.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve satisfaction and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Manage customer success activities, including onboarding, training, and support.
  • Ensure service level and support agreements are met for both internal and external customers.
  • Perform special functions as directed by the Support and Maintenance Manager.
  • Assist Flight Operations as a Pilot both domestically and internationally.

Your profile:


  • Skilled in UAV craftsmanship.
  • Experience with drone assembly, soldering, crimping, and basic knowledge of electrical test equipment and sensors.
  • EASA A1/A3 license (can be obtained after employment).
  • Aircraft Maintenance License
