We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper (m/f/d) for our client, Global Track Warehouse Europe GmbH, located in Roan Mountain, TN.

This is a full-time or part-time position at our Düsseldorf location.


GTW is an international company specializing in the supply of replacement parts (rubber tracks) for chain-driven construction and agricultural machinery.

For their German subsidiary, they are looking for a Bookkeeper (m/f/d) to join their team and handle all financial transactions for the company.


Responsibilities:


  • Review, classify, and record ongoing business transactions
  • Process customer transactions
  • Review travel expenses
  • Review payment transactions
  • Assist with VAT returns
  • Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Electronic bookkeeping and data transmission

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of internal and external accounting and data entry
  • Knowledge of payroll accounting, financial accounting, and asset accounting
  • High level of independence
  • Good English skills
