    Description

    Jr. IIOT Control Engineer

    Dearborn, MI (Onsite)

    $70,000+

    Full-Time (40 hours/week)

As an entry-level Systems Engineer, you would play an integral part in this digital transformation, as they modernize their manufacturing technology and work to integrate new systems and processes into the space.     MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • In the last semester of or having earned a completed bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
    • Programming experience
    • Python or PLC programming languages – Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block
    • Systems engineering experience
    • Modeling/simulation, quality assurance, performance analysis
    • BONUS: Exposure to DFMEA, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), or AI/ML

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Complete IIOT (Industrial Internet of Things) and Industrial Controls Application Solution Development for focused projects and defined priorities.
    • Strategize with leadership to understand the current technical architecture and what changes need to be made.
    • Work alongside senior engineers to identify issues or areas of improvement and create technical solutions.
    • Build out requirements and develop a proof of concept to meet said requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams and suppliers to deliver planned project deliverables
